The Brief

Al Noor Capital required a new headquarters that would reflect the stature of the firm within Dubai’s financial district. The brief called for a professional environment capable of hosting international investors, institutional partners, and private clients while maintaining a calm and efficient workspace for the internal team.

The design needed to balance discretion and presence creating spaces that felt both welcoming and authoritative within a single office floor.

Design Approach

The office is organised across a clear spatial hierarchy. The entrance sequence introduces visitors to a reception area defined by book-matched marble surfaces, warm walnut joinery, and subtle lighting integrated into architectural details.

Beyond reception, the floor opens into a series of work zones including open workstations, glass-enclosed meeting rooms, and private executive offices. Floor-to-ceiling glazing frames views toward the Dubai skyline, allowing natural light to extend deep into the workspace.

The executive suite and boardroom occupy the most prominent corner of the floorplate, ensuring privacy while offering panoramic views of the city.

Material & Atmosphere

Material selection focused on creating a timeless and understated corporate environment. Natural stone, brushed metals, and dark walnut joinery establish a palette that feels both refined and durable.

Soft lighting integrated into ceilings and shelving highlights architectural elements while maintaining a calm, professional atmosphere suited to financial negotiations and investor meetings.

The result is a workspace that reflects the clarity, confidence, and long-term vision of the firm.
