Marina Tower Penthouse

The Brief

The client envisioned a contemporary penthouse that could fully embrace its waterfront location in Dubai Marina. The design brief focused on maximising views of the marina, the skyline, and Bluewaters Island while creating a calm and elegant living environment.

Large terraces, open living spaces, and uninterrupted glass façades were essential to blur the boundary between indoor and outdoor living.

Design Approach

The interior layout was organised around the penthouse’s panoramic views. Living, dining, and kitchen spaces are positioned along the marina-facing façade, allowing natural light and views to define the character of the home.

Full-height glazing wraps the apartment, creating an uninterrupted visual connection with the skyline. The terrace becomes a natural extension of the interior living space — a place for evening gatherings and quiet moments overlooking the marina below.

Inside, the architecture emphasises simplicity and proportion. Clean-lined cabinetry, concealed storage, and soft lighting create a refined and understated atmosphere.

Materials

The material palette was designed to complement the surrounding waterfront landscape. Light natural stone floors reflect daylight and amplify the sense of openness throughout the apartment.

Warm timber finishes, soft plaster walls, and brushed metal accents provide contrast against the expansive glass façades. The result is an interior that feels calm and contemporary while allowing the dramatic skyline of Dubai Marina to remain the focal point.
